Definitions

Unless the contacts otherwise require, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings in these terms of use:

“Attendee” is an end, individual,l or an entity who has registered for the purpose of attending an event 

“Partner” is an individual or an entity who has entered into an event management agreement with Wondr;

“Content” all text, documents, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audio-visual combinations, interactive features, and other materials, that attendees, partners may view, access through, or contribute to the Service; and

“SABER CONSULTING PTE. LTD.” is an event management company that is located at their registered address, Singapore with company registration number 202420234K and for the purpose of this agreement referred to as “Saber Consulting” and/or “company” where applicable.

“Intellectual property rights” are any and all copyrights, rights in inventions, patents, know-how, trade, secrets, trademarks and trade names, service marks, design rights, Database rights and rights in data, utility models, domain names, and similar rights.

“Service” includes Wondr’s event management platform, applications, technological tools, products, features, and offerings that is made available by Saber Consulting to its clients and/or attendees.

“Site” refers to www.wondrgrp.com (or any of our other websites, including various top-level domains as well as various subdomains and aliases of these domains)

1. In these terms of use:

(i) References in these terms of use to statutory provisions shall be construed as references to those provisions as respectively, replaced or amended, or re-enacted from time to time; and

(ii) Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, words importing agenda include every gender, and references to persons include body, corporate, or incorporated.

(iii) Headings are for convenience only and shall not be considered in the construction or interpretation of any of the provisions in these terms of use.

3. Acceptance of Terms

(i) By contracting with Saber Consulting for its Services, The attendee signifies their agreement to (1) these terms of use and (2) the privacy policy found at https://www.wondrgrp.com/privacy-policy incorporated herein by reference.

4. Description of Wondr

At Wondr, we specialize in crafting bespoke B2B events that inspire, engage, and drive results. Our tailored approach ensures that your event aligns perfectly with your business objectives, creating memorable experiences that resonate with your audience.

5. Use of Service

Saber Consulting hereby grants attendees permission to access the event and use the Service as set forth in these Terms of Use, subject to the following conditions;

5.1  Attendees agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Service without Saber Consulting's prior written authorisation.

5.2 Attendees agree not to alter or modify any part of the Service. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following non-active list of actions, constitute alteration or modifications of the Service:

(i) Changing the source code;

(ii) Addition, modification, or removal of any component of the Service 

(iii) Mining of information from the platform

5.3 Attendees agree not to access the Service through any technology or means other than those authorized by Saber Consulting;

5.4 Attendees agree not to use the Service for any of the following commercial uses prior to Saber Consulting's written approval being obtained:

(i) the sale of access to any part of the Service;

(ii) the sale of advertising, sponsorship, or promotions placed on or within the Service

5.5 Attendees agree not to modify, build upon, or block any portion or functionality of the Service.

5.6 Attendees agree that in their use of the Service, all applicable laws will be complied with.

6. Prohibited Use

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, prohibited use includes, but is not limited to ("prohibited use"):

6.1 Sharing of accounts by Attendees, with any other person who is not the registered holder of said account.

6.2 the access and use of any account, by a person who is not a registered holder of that account, regardless of whether that person may be a holder of another account; and

6.3 any violations of Clause 5 of these Terms of Use; and

6.4 Spamming and other malicious activity

6.5 the usage of the Service for any illegal and immoral purposes.

In the event that Attendees detect or suspect that there is a breach of security and/or prohibited use of their accounts, attendees must notify Saber Consulting immediately.

Saber Consulting reserves the right to decide whether any Attendees have violated these Terms of Use

7. Attendees Registration

Attendees who have given their consent to the Terms of Use and completed the registration application will be granted event access upon the completion of the registration procedures. The registration application is to be carried out by the Attendee personally. Registration by a representative will not be recognized. Any person younger than 16 years of age is not allowed to register for any event as an Attendee. Any Attendee younger than 20 years of age will require parental consent before making the registration and by completing the registration process, such Attendee will be deemed to have obtained the necessary parental consent.

8. Inputting of Registration Information

When registering as an Attendee, please accurately enter all necessary information as required in the registration form.

9. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

9.1. Attendees agree that by using this Service, they have read the Privacy Policy located at https://www.wondrgrp.com/privacy-policy, and are consenting to the data practices described therein.

10. Third parties

10.1. The Service may contain links to third-party websites and content that are not owned or controlled by Saber Consulting. Saber Consulting does not assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of any third-party websites.

10.2. The Service may contain posts and information from third-party websites and content that are not owned or controlled by Saber Consulting. Saber Consulting does not assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of any third-party websites.

10.3. The attendee acknowledges and affirms that Saber Consulting will not and cannot censor, verify, or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, attendees hereby relieve Saber Consulting, from any and all liability arising from their own use of any third-party websites and/or their postings on our Service.

10.4. Accordingly, we encourage attendees to be aware when they leave the Service and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any other website that they visit.

11. Disclaimer and Warranties

11.1. Attendees hereby agree that their use of the Service shall be at their sole risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Saber Consulting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the use of the Service and the attendees' use thereof.

11.2 Saber Consulting makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content accessed or the content or any sites linked to the Service and assumes no responsibility for any:-

(i) Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of the content;

(ii) Injury, damage,e or loss of any nature whatsoever resulting from the attendee’s access and use of the Service; 

(iii) Any unauthorized access or use of the client's account and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein;

(iv) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to and from the Service;

(v) Any viruses, Trojan Horse, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the service by any third party; and/or 

(vi) Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content via the Service.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1. In no event shall Saber Consulting be liable to Attendees for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from:-

(i) Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of the content;

(ii) Injury, damage,e or loss of any nature whatsoever resulting from the attendee’s access and use of the Service;  

(iii) Any unauthorized access or use of the attendee’s account and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information

(iv) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to and from the Service;

(v) Any viruses, Trojan Horse, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the service by any third party; and/or 

(vi). Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content

12.2 Notwithstanding 12.1 above, in the event Saber Consulting is found liable for any reason, Saber Consulting's liability shall not exceed the total aggregate amount paid by the respective attendee for the Service, If no fee has been paid, Saber Consulting shall not retain any liability.

13. Entire Agreement

13.1 These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between Attendees, and Saber Consulting

14. Revision of Agreement

14.1 Saber Consulting may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice provided to any attendee. Attendees, hereby agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

14.2. Saber Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and without notice, and it is the respective responsibilities of partners and attendees to review these Terms of Use from time to time for any changes. Clients' and attendees' use of the Service following any amendment of these Terms of Use will signify clients' and/or attendees' assent to, and acceptance of the modified or revised terms of these Terms of Use.
